Where it started
Nour never set out to make a statement. She simply wanted to live her life fully — to move, to train, to feel strong.
Like many women in hijab, she grew up with unspoken limits. Not written rules, not official barriers — just habits that quietly suggest where you belong, and where you don't.
Joining a mixed gym was one of those moments. Something rarely done. Rarely discussed. Not forbidden — just not expected.
So Nour tried. She walked in, trained, moved, and stayed. And in doing so, she discovered something important:
The challenge was never ability. It was access, comfort, and confidence.
